PIDEjL - A new graphical front-end for jzintv

In an effort to make my Portable Intellivision Development Environment easier for newcomers to use, I had created a couple of graphical tools: one to make it easy to play games, and one to make it easy to develop games.

With a little bit of help from jenergy, there's now a Windows port available, plus some optional screenshot files for preview.  I posted it on my website.  Enjoy.

I've updated it since that last post. I added a few more widgets, and colored everything to make it sort of match the Intellivision's dark plastic and brass plate colors.
