When I use my Intellivision on my Samsung HD TV the green and red colours are backwards and the blue is a yucky purple. I'm sure I read about this issue before but can't find the solution or the reason for the problem anywhere now. Can anyone help?

Wish I could help. Never owned any PAL systems so not sure about the solution.

Maybe someone else has some thoughts?

My experience with playing PAL systems/games on NTSC televisions is that it normally causes one of two separate issues. Either the colors will be off or the picture will roll incessantly. I don't know that there is much you can do. If it is only colors, then it is still playable, unlike the rolling screen problem.

Yes I have several PAL consoles. The 1st thing I did was try a 2nd console and it had the same issue. I have not tried it with my NTSC console. My NTSC Intellivision 2 console is NIB and has never been powered up. As a side question, does anyone have any advice on running my US NTSC Intellivision 2 with a 240V UK power socket.

My TV IS NTSC compatible. It's the power supply that's the problem.
