I wasn't sure where to post this, so I put it here. Feel free to move it to the right spot on the forum.

Disney is going to releasing a new animated movie this coming November that is all about video games and it looks like it will be fun. I think anyone who likes video games, particularly retro games, will enjoy this! Here is a YouTube link to a preview:

Disney has now posted the game from the arcade in the movie, Fix-It Felix Jr for all to enjoy. Here is a link:

Fix-It Felix Jr.

Enjoy!

It would be great to see this game adapted to any of the retro consoles.

It sure has a 1980's feel about the game.

In the beginning it reminded me of Rampage.

Any other thoughts?

I suppose you could think of Crazy Climber also or even think of Beauty and the Beast as games that are similar.

It looks fun, at least. It'll be cool to see all those characters from the 80's games in it!

Nothing like it in the 80's arcades. Maybe Crazy Climber is close, but without the destruction element. My guess is that this game would have done good in the 1983-1985 time frame.

I agree with you. This game would have indeed done well back in the 80's. I have the version for Android and it is fun to play.

I would just love a version of this game that I could play on a console with a controller or stick. Not much of a fan of handhelds.

I hear you. I actually haven't even tried to see if it has compatibility with a BT controller on an Android tablet.
